At the time the contract takes effect, Prevail_Bliss shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time.For this reason, in the event that the client cancels the contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be kept by Prevail_Bliss in order to offset its loss of business. By agreeing to these terms (I as in you as the client) I understand that I purchased these images from Prevail_Bliss. I understand I CAN ONLY print these images for personal use. I understand I can print an unlimited number of copies of these images. I acknowledge that i can upload these images to any social media platform (i.e. instagram, facebook, pintrest, twitter, etc) as long as I give credit to Prevail_BLiss (please tag me in the post or image if I am on that platform, if I am not on that platform please include my company name in your post.). I understand that I can print these images in any size. I agree that I will not edit, apply a filter, or crop these images in any way. I acknowledge I CAN NOT use these images for commercial purpose. If the images are needed for commercial use, please contact Prevail_Bliss. I release Prevail_BLiss from any claims, liabilities, and obligations in regard to obtaining or using these images. Prevail_Bliss is not liable for any illness or injuries contracted during sessions. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age/ the guardian of the minor and I am capable of signing this agreement. I understand that the print lab I take these images to may alter the images color slightly. I release Prevail_Bliss from any problems that might arise with printing these images at a 3rd party printing lab. I hearby grant the releasee permission to use photographs without compensation or inspection in any of the following web/social media platforms, print advertisements, organization bulletin. Virtually signing and agreeing implies the knowledge and consent to above terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these stated terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and your form will not be submitted for the session.
